Staff Council
The bet365Öйú College Staff Council functions as the voice of the staff to the president and other College administrators by establishing avenues for addressing employee issues and concerns; advocating for an environment of respect, fairness, and security; and helping to build a sense of community by facilitating effective communication.
This handbook has been developed by a representative group of College administrative and professional staff, in consultation with the Human Resources Department, to provide employees and their supervisors with clear, concise and accessible information concerning policies, procedures, and benefits, and to provide a framework within which essential teamwork and collaborative enterprise can occur.

The Arbor Day Foundation has recognized bet365Öйú College as a 2025 Tree Campus for its dedication to enhancing community well-being through tree education, investment and community engagement.
Bringing financial education to women via Projects for Peace
bet365Öйú College student Alexandra Mihailopol ’26 has been selected by Middlebury College as a recipient of a Projects for Peace grant. She will offer financial literacy education to women in rural Romania via her EmpowHER project.
Creativity in action with Projects for Peace
bet365Öйú senior Qiao Se Ong ’25 is among the 2025 cohort for Projects for Peace. Her project, based in Colombia, aims to address the impact of dam construction on local communities through creative workshops and collaborations with local artists.
